Very unlucky, bought the fitbit Ionic brand new 6 months ago. I only use it when I work out (so very little use).
Last Saturday I tried to sync and didn't work. Yesterday I tried again, today again...nothing. So, I reset it to factory, deleted it from the phone, reinstall the app and the result is still the same. Phone couldn't communicate with the fitbit.
Worst thing is I no longer have the receipt. Very sad about my little fitbit. 😞
Best AnswerSame boat, except I've had my Fitbit since December. The app will say that it has found my fitbit but won't connect. I've reset my phone, removed the app, reinstalled the app. Nothing. It stopped connecting on the 25th of May.
