Hi

Locked my watch today I have no idea how as I didn't touch it all day until I went to check my step count. It said I had to unlock via my phone. I've  gone to the setting to remove the lock and it just buffers round and round. So I tried to change the pin but again it does the same. Anyone help? Thanks in advance

If you entered an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device in the Fitbit app, to unlock your device with your phone, do the following: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture > your device image. 
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.
