Cannot see any information on the clock face except for the time

After 7 months with no problems, yesterday I charged my Ionic as normal but when I went to put it on all perameters were showing zero. The clock is working OK but shows no charging percentage. But when I trained this morning and selected an excercise it worked fine showing heart rate steps etc. After finishing the work out and outing back to the normal front screen it was again showing no data.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Another problem might be a problem involving the clock face.  You might try changing clock faces.  If you really like the clock face you have, you can try deleting it and re-installing it.
