Stuck on "Connecting..." indefinitely. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Tried on both Android's FitBit app as well as Windows FitBit app.

It's great to see you around @howienet. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed.
I would like you to make sure you're adding a card that's supported and should be in this Bank and Transit list. Since, it's stuck on connecting then try restarting your Ionic, restarting your app, force quit it and log out from it. Also, please make sure you have the latest app version.
