I just got this new ionic sent to me because my last one got water damage. I set the pin up and leave it on the rest of they day. Take it off to sleep and put it back on enter my pin and the pin is wrong... Great! So i try to change the pin on my phone and it cant connect to the ionic even though my phone will sync with it... cool. So i disconnect my ionic and see if that would work but its asking for the pin before i get the code to reconnect my ionic to my phone... neat. What should i do now?

Hi @AlexanderG
I'm pretty sure your Ionic is bricked now, removing it from your account when it is pin locked is a very bad idea. Some users have reported success using the procedure below, but I've personally tried following the steps to see if it would factory reset with no success. Hopefully you will fare better.
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
