I just bought my Ionic a couple of days ago and want some clarification on the Cardio Fitness page.
If I go to the Heart in the app and swipe to the left I see the Cardio Fitness page, where it shows a bracket of 43-47. My question is, does this graph over time? And should I expect a single number once I do a couple of runs? I don't see any graph of this data (Which could just be because there isn't enough data yet), but for those of you that have had yours for a while, is the Cardio Fitness score graphed out? I want to track my improvement over time, and I haven't been able to find a definitive answer to this yet.

That's interesting, as my Cardio Fitness score is a single value (53) and has been for as long as I recall. I know the reference section in the app indicates to ensure your profile is accurate (age, weight, etc) and you've performed a run with GPS.

No, theres no graph. Just the number range. The following pages show how much you could expect to improve if you exercise more or lose weight, but give no history.
And it gives you a range, not a single number. Mine is 50 to 54 and I have been using my fitbits for nearly two years. It has never been a single number.

Mine is a single number as well. 44, which it says is "excellent" for a guy my age. I'll take it!

Appreciate your replies. I now have a single number (47), this appeared as soon as I did a 10+ min run with the GPS on. It's a shame it doesn't graph the number, I suppose it wouldn't change too often so the graph would be quite boring. Hopefully it at least tells you if you moved up or down a point (I might forget my number).

It is unfortunate that you cannot track this value over time. It certainly would more easily assist in seeing if changes in your routines have affected this value.
I know Garmin does graph the VO2 max over time (prior experience with a Vivoactive 3 and Garmin Connect).
