Apologies if this has already been asked but I want to find out how to get my Ionic to show my actual score instead of just the range.
Some forums say going for a few runs with gps turned on should sort the issue but I don't run. My preferred exercise is mostly strength training. Perhaps this is the reason?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@SunsetRunner To add to @LZeeW post you need the 10 minute run to be on flat terrain as per this para from Fitbits definition.
How do I get a more precise estimate of my score?
If your Fitbit device connects to GPS, we can provide a more precise estimate of your score using the relationship between pace and heart rate during your runs. This is because individuals with higher VO2 Max have a lower heart rate while running at the same pace compared to individuals with lower VO2 Max. If you're able to run at a comfortable pace for at least 10 minutes, track a run with GPS. We recommend running on flat terrain as much as possible since only the flat sections of your run count towards your score estimate. You may need to go on several runs that are at least 10 minutes in length to affect your score.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums. In order to get a single number on the Cardio Fitness Score, you must do GPS connected runs. Otherwise, it's a range. You don't have to be a hard core runner -- it will give you a single number for a run as little as 10 minutes.
Here is a little extra information that might help you. Your cardio fitness score is Fitbit's estimate of your VO2 max. VO2 max refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that your lungs can take up during exercise. It is an estimate of aerobic fitness.
My unsolicited advice -- add some aerobic exercise to your mix.

It would be nice if Fitbit defined what "running at a comfortable pace is" ?
At the end of this table from CDC walking stops at 5mph (8kmh) and in Fitbits manual Activities the running starts at the same speed.. So if we could walk at that pace we may see a whole number for the cardio.. The best I have done at walking is 4.14mph( 6.67kmh)
Bringing that running speed back to distance,, ie 5mph (8kmh)
10 minutes in metric = 1,333 metres minimum
10 minutes in Imperial = 1,466 yards minimum
This para is for a treadmill but you can get the feeling of how we may achieve at least 5mph.
Here is a general guideline on treadmill speeds: for most people 2 to 4 mph will be a walking speed; 4 to 5 mph will be a very fast walk or jog; and anything over 5 mph will be jogging or running.

Thanks everyone. I'll give the 10 minute run a couple of tries and see if that works.
