Which timezone is the challenge configured in? Is it different from wher you are?
Have you manually added any steps to your account through creating exercise records (for example)?

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Best AnswerSometimes it takes a while for the dasboard and the challenges to catch up. Rest assured though that Fitbit has your steps recorded and will adjust accordingly.

one cruise ship at a time!
Best AnswerHad the same issue last week. Went for a run, but the battery was too low so it stopped after 1km. I manually logged the rest of my 5k run.
Logged in on fitbit.com, everything showed up correctly, but in the challenge there were 7k steps missing.
Kris.
