Changing weather from Celsius to degrees? email notifications

how do I change the weather on my ionic from Celsius to degrees and I delete my emails and the old ones keep coming back any suggestions would be appreciated thank you

You can change the weather from Celsius to degrees by doing the following: 

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab  > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
2. Tap the gear icon  next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
4. Sync your device and then open the Weather app ​ on your device to see the updated units.

Regarding the email notifications that you're getting, please remove your Ionic from the phone Bluetooth settings and then set them up again.
