Last night I woke.up after a bad dream my heart was raging. I noticed my fit bit light was res underneath. My heart rate was 120 & the red light stayed on until it went back down a bit. Why was the fitbit light red?

There has been speculation that the red light is to do with the SPO2 sensor but there doesn't seem to be any documentation on this

Thanks Steve for replying. I'm full of cold and wonder if that's what's set if off as I find it hard to breathe at night?
