I purchased 2 ionic devices for my husband in 2018 and 2019 with same issue of battery not charging. New charging cable, reset, and after 3 days only only one watch started charging but it took another day to get to display screen. Do we get any compensation for these devices working less than a year? Who do we report this to? Never had this issue with my charge 2 and it is 3 years old.
