I’ve had several Fitbit watches, and all tell me that I am awake during the night. Currently my ionic is recording two sleep cycles with hours between them. If I get one whole sleep report, it says that was awake for more than an hour.

Hi @Pfils, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your device tracking Sleep Stages or simplified sleep graphs? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Ionic and try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
Looking forward to your reply.
