I updated my watch last night and it has been bonkers and unusable since then. Luckily it is still counting my steps, but the actual functions of the watch are 100% useless. I have tried to update to a new watch face and keep getting errors. I'm pretty sure this update messed up my watch. ... and yes, I did reset my watch.

I would like you to confirm that you performed these steps to reset your Ionic. If you're still receiving any error after this, then provide me with a picture of what you're seeing.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to successfully change the watch face this morning. Then this afternoon my watch displayed the same "Clock Error" message, but it is back to normal again. It seems like my watch has been going back and forth with error messages. If it happens again within the next day or 2, I will send pictures of the error message. Thank you

As I scrolled up on the homescreen, my watch read "clock error" again. I had to restart it to get my watch to work. This is the 3rd time today.

Thank you for the screenshot that you've attached @Stuknva! Sorry for the delay on my reply. You may want to pick a new clock face (try with one from Fitbit) because the current one isn't installed correctly or got corrupted.
Also, can you let me know which clock face you have in your Ionic?
