I suddenly got a "Clock Error" on my Ionic, and it does not allow me to change clocks and I cannot get into my other apps.  I tried going to my settings on my watch but I cannot  open it so that I can turn my watch off.  I AM NOT ABLE TO DO A RESTART.

Put it on the charger and then using the app you sync with see if you can change the clock face.

I followed your instruction.  The Ionic is in attached to the charger, using my iPhone Fitbit IoS app.  Clock face will not install.  What next?

I called Fitbit's help line.  George walked me through the steps to restart the watch,

Plug Ionic into the power cable.

Simultaneously, press left button and the bottom right button and hold until the fitbit logo appears.

Using your fitbit app, choose a Fitbit watch face.  I did this, and the Ionic installed the new watch face.  Success, problem solved.  I suspect the non - fitbit watch faces may have been the source of my problem.
