My ionic keeps freezing up on me and at times it say face watch error. I’ve changed the face and I’ve done the reset and the powering off and on. This is my 3rd ionic due to problems and it’s EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I’m currently training for a half marathon and I need this thing. When it does this on an actual run ... it totally ruins my run mentally.

So actually did change the clock back to the Fitbit clock. It also has been randomly shutting off on me too. Very frustrating. I have NEVER heard of any of my friends who wear other fitness watches have the same issues as Fitbit. Please help. Thanks.

Welcome to the Community @Jfflynn2! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've performed. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this type of issues with your third Ionic.
I've noticed that this type of issue happens to some third-party clock faces. I would like you to restart your Ionic and then change the clock face to one from Fitbit. If it works normal, you may want to try another third-party clock face instead of the one that you're choosing.
Additionally, I would like to know what is the clock face that you're trying to install and getting an error.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I was using the 3rd party watch and it was working great, but I did actually uninstall it and am using a Fitbit one, that one seems to error out on me too. This watch has been on like a 6 month life cycle since I got it. I have been a long time Fitbit user too. I’m very frustrated. I done the shutdown in the watch itself and also the button restart and it still has been acting up. Most recently this morning.

Hi, I have a weird problem with ny ionic
I tried loading a free ionic watch face and it kept saying installing. However it never uploaded and now my app keeps saying that it needs to be update and when I agree to it an error message pops up over and over again.
Also, the watch face has a download image above it.
Please help😔
