Hi, This morning my Ionic was not synchronizing with my iPhone so tried to swipe the ionic to see my sleep data, it started showing “clock error” Go to Fitbit mobile app and try an other clock on the display. I tried to download and clock but I was not successful.
Non of the functions are working including the settings option. When I press the settings icon it show a ? (Question mark). I even to tried shut off my watch by pressing the buttons on it yet it won’t shutdown.
I tried disconnecting the Bluetooth and then reconnecting that didn’t help either.
Can someone please help.
Thank you
