The clock face on my Fitbit iconic disappeared after an update this morning and the wallet set up refuse to go away. And there are some fuzzy lines that appears when tried to exit to previous page.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to restart your Ionic. Once you've restarted it, please confirm you've chosen a clock face on your watch. After this, make sure you're doing this procedure to set up Fitbit Pay on your Ionic.
If your Ionic keeps showing fuzzy lines please provide me with a picture of what you're seeing.
