Clock faces have stopped working.

This afternoon my clock face suddenly disappeared and was first replaced by an error measage and then by a generic clock face. I tried to reinstall. The red line goes all the way across but the fitbit remains on the generic clock face. I downloaded a different clock face and the same thing happened when I tried to install it.

To better assist you with this, can you please specify if the clock face under discussion is a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Ionic and then check the information that's specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Since the issue you're experiencing is with third-party clock faces, I recommend you to contact the developer directly (which is specified in the clock face details) to receive further assistance directly with them and report this problem.
