Clocks on Ionic wont install

I am trying to change the clock face on my Ionic . I get to " all clocks " and pick one . It then shows sthe spinning circle for ever .

trying to set up ionic fitbit and cant set clock face. I just get a circling arrow going around and around. It is connected to my wifi okay and it is fully charged. dont know what to try next

Had the same thing, I removed all the clocks using the app, then re-added them to fix it. 
Restarting the watch and phone probably helped as well.

After being happy with the 5 options, only use the watch to switch the clocks. (not the app)
