Closing topics that identify faults

Community moderators have closed topics that identify faults. Example is the ionic heart rate reading high or not at all. It would be better to keep the topic open lest owners get the impression the selling products not fit for purpose is acceptabl

Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve. Whenever we're aware of issues that many users are experiencing, we usually open a main thread and once it has been resolved, it gets closed with an official reply. Also, we usually put banners on the Community so everyone is aware of the bugs that Fitbit is aware of.

I posted about the ionic getting corroded within 4 months of usage and fitbit's inability to help since it was sold by a third party company. That post was removed by the moderator Lizzy stating "non-productive to the discussion". She also gave me warning to make sure I do not make more violations. There is a thread which says "Would you buy the ionic again?". I posted my feedback again there, since it is more "productive " to the discussion. Will that post be removed again?
