This has happened twice so far. I have looked at my ionic and it is not dim but the screen looks cloudy. The background is almost white. The first time it was very light and went away quickly. The second time however(now) it won’t go away. Please advise,

If the problem persists after the RESET of the Ionic, take the Ionic back and they will change it.
