So I did a workout via the Coach app and set my Ionic to circuit training.
I tend to erase the Coach workout info because the readings from the watch gathers your heart rate, etc .
Both read pretty close to each other but for some reason the Ionic shows milage for circuit training instead of the time like the Coach reports.
Am I not using the right settings on the Ionic? Should I just use workout or maybe boot camp instead? Any info would be helpful.
