Got a new Ionic yesterday. Unfortunately the firmware won't update and hence it won't let me use the device. I have read a lot of the comments on the forum and tried all the different solutions. Nothing seems to be working. Very very frustrated. Please help. Why do you roll out products that people have so many problems with? Very disappointing and very bad for your brand.

@Returnit2 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not updating its firmware. Thanks for your efforts in trying different steps found on this forums to sort this out.
It is recommended that you perform the update over a home Wi-Fi network if possible. There are also some troubleshooting steps you can try to sort this out (if you haven't already). Please feel free to check all of these steps and best practices to successfully update your watch. That should certainly help you out. If you already did some of these steps, try them again in the order given on that post.
