Connecting ionic to phone

Just bought a new ionic but I am having problems connecting it to my android phone (huawei Gr5 2017).

I did optimise the app and I believe I did all the tricks too to keepthe app always  running and did allow all the permission.

It get connected only when am in the wifi range only
