My Ionic constantly does not track flights of stairs. Each time I notice this, I reset the Ionic and it's good for a few hours only. There have been some cases where it did not track active minutes. Additionally, syncing the Ionic with the App is hit or miss. Sometimes it does sync, other times it doesn't, and other times my Ionic does a reset without my prompting it. May be time to go to the Apple watch. I don't think the Fitbit company even reads or cares what problems people are having.
