The last ten days my ionic music connected to my wireless Bluetooth beats earphones keeps cutting out. It doesn’t matter what wrist the watch is on, but it cuts out constantly as soon as o start running or riding. I’ve fully charged my headphones and watch so it’s not a battery issue I don’t think it’s a connectivity issue. How can I fix this? I’m fedup as this is my second ionic in a year...the first one had water damage from a pool workout...

Hi @Tishtish, welcome to the Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you with your Ionic concern.
I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post regarding this music situation, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which wireless headphones are you currently using to listen music with your Ionic? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then?
Please take in consideration that if you're using another Bluetooth device at the same time you can experience this, therefore, make sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices near by that can connect with your Ionic while listening music to avoid this situation. In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device to refresh its performance.
Keep me posted.
