On Monday morning I woke to find that my Ionic display now looks like something from the matrix its only six months old and was a Christmas present from my husband. I contacted support and sent them a picture expecting to be offered a replacement, however they said it had synced that day which was ot the issue, the screen was the issue and to try a restart to solve the screen issue, I have done what has been suggested and no change in fact its made it slightly worse. Honestly really the display is awful and I am really not impressed so far with the response from CS.
I would love to share a picture but cannot get it to upload.

Is it just the watchface that is corrupted, or every screen? If just the watchface, download another (preferably a fitbit one) and see how that is. If that doesnt work and restarts dont fix it, there is probably little anyone here can suggest to fix it. You will have to go back to support.
