Is there any way to repair or replace the screen on the Ionic, I have only had this watch for about 2-3 months and there is a visible crack from corner to corner that can be felt when rubbing my finger across.
for a product that was around $300.00 I hope its not just a parer weight now.

There is no way to repair or replace the screen. Contact Customer Support for your options.
I would ask for a replacement. I did that for my charge 2 a few years back.
Best AnswerI had similar experience. Not exactly that I am expecting them to provide screen repair, gratis, but that there appears to be no way to fix it. I am amazed this cracked so easily (and I have had mine only a few months, as well). I would have assumed gorilla glass, or something is used, but appears not. I have no knowledge of hitting it on anything at all, but assume I must have. But if it broke on an impact I was not even aware of, well...that's means it may be pretty flimsy in the glass department (IMHO).
But they were very polite! 🙂 $300 down the tube....I will need to look to Garmin, or some other brand ...I won't risk shelling out that much money again.
You had a better experience with customer service than I did, I wasn't offered offered anything

Best AnswerThats seems more like fitbit support.
Best AnswerSame here... The replacement screen for the Samsung Gear 3 is around $40 USD and it seems to have all the same features for a similar price point. Also it appears the screen is set into the face of the bezel so it's better protected. Only a matter of time before I replace my Ionic (screen is cracked) and chances are it won't be a Fitbit product I replace it with.
Dont send this man off you know dang well everything is fixable. Sir a honest answer from a real tech , I would recommend finding one for parts on Ebay or something and getting a screen that way. Once aquite a good screen [get one with a beat up body since only want the lcd/ digitizer ], you then can go on youtube and watch a "disassembly of a fitbit iconic / blaze " they pretty similar the process at least. But pay very close attention one opps can make it useless . Also if someone you know is more tech savvy ask them but it's not very hard compared to other items I've done. But when get the screen in just reassemble patently and Walla you are as good as new. Hope info helps , I always see carriers and manufacturers automatically lean towards the warranty option which can run up to 150 to 200 $ smh i replaced last blaze for 20$ total
I appreciate the info! I ended up just switching over to Garmin and said so long Fitbit. I really liked the Community, but product and service was lacking in my opinion, thanks again!
Best AnswerMine just cracked too. Haven’t even had It a month. I had my Garmin for 3 years, beat the hell out of it and never had a problem. I’m a server. It took 3 years for the battery to die which is when I “upgraded” to Fitbit. What a waste of money. So disappointed.

Thank you,
