Unfortunately there isn't currently any way to fix a broken screen. The only option you have at the moment is to contact Fitbit support. Explain the situation to them and see what your options are.

contacted support no help at all and said the damage is not covered under warranty, no replacement parts or any other way to repair it.

I had same issue....I noticed a crack yesterday after it was charging but have no memory of hitting it against anything.  I called customer service and they won't replace, even though my Ionic is less than 6 months old.  Best they would do is offer a discount for a totally new Ionic.  Wondering if anyone else had better luck?

Had mine since fathers day. I wore it for nothing other than walking, or other cardio. Noticed a crack in the screen. Contacted support. I was offered 40% off a versa lite!? If I wanted a versa lite then that is what I would have gotten. Offered 25% off a new Ionic.... insult to injury. They are not taking care of their customers how they need to be. I've seen way to many complaints and issues about cracked screens on these. My work phone which supposedly has the same type of glass as the Ionic has been put through hell! I drop it and sit on it and bang it up against stuff all the time (because it's a work phone). Not even a scratch after 2 years. Being a bigger screen it is more susceptible to becoming damaged yet it hasn't. I treat this Ionic like a infant and it cracks???? No. It is obviously a manufacturers defect and fitbit is going to lose more customers if this keeps happening without proper resolution.
