If the resets don't work, then It's stuck in a bootloop. It's a problem that Fitbit knows the Ionic has, but they will do nothing about it, and they won't fix it.
If you are still under warranty (1 year, because the product is defective - a customer service rep told me so), they will give you a new one.
If not, they will give you a 25% discount so that you will spend more money on another defective product.
