My Fitbit Ionic stopped working shortly after a recent firmware update. It is now dead and won’t charge. It’s over 2 years old however, it’s well maintained!

I have had a similar issue.  The shelf-life of this product appears to be about 2 years.  I wish I had known that.  I would have purchased something else.
