Hello I’m in need of some assistance.
I tried updating my ionic yesterday and it seemed to be stuck in the middle of the update so I cancelled the update on the phone app. When I tried to restart the update my app couldn’t find my ionic. It is now stuck on the logo screen. I have tried to reset it by holding the buttons multiple times but it just goes blank for a second and then the logo screen comes back on. I deleted it from my app, removed the Bluetooth connection on my phone, but nothing has worked so far. Is there anything else I can try?

Your Ionic is stuck in a bootloop. This happened to mine after 2 years. Unfortunately there is no fixing it.
If you are under the 1 year warranty, they will send a replacement. If not, they will offer you a 25% discount on a new product.
Fitbit knows this is an issue, and will do nothing about it. I would never spend more money on their products based on my experience with the Ionic.
