Your customer support is the worst!  Beginning of June 2018 I reported the fitbit ionic I bought Thanksgiving 2017 had a malfunctioning battery that eventually just stopped working.   They received my broke ionic with all the bands it came with, the charger and even packed in the box it came in on June 27, 2018.  Yesterday August 23, 2018, I recieved the "replacement".  It was just the clock face.  No bands, no charger, NO WAY TO USE MY $300 WATCH!  For those interested my case # is 25662848

When they replace something they only replace it with the piece that's is bad.

So if it was a band you would get the band only.

 

Why you would ship everything back unless you were told to is beyond me

I would reply to them with this case Number and ask that you get the rest of the product back. Hopefully you have a tracking number
