Hi,
I am the victim of an excess of optimism, I believe.
I have a problem with my bluetooth since some days.
I tried to put my fitbit back to factory settings but it didn't work.
I did search a solution on internet BUT
the solutions i found suppose I can connect against my fitbit via my bluetooth.
It appears the developers never ever imagined the bluetooth would be dead.
So I didn't find any procedure allowing to reset to the factory settings using only the 3 buttons of the ionic

Hi @DoesItMatter, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that the Data not cleared message your Ionic is currently displaying is because the firmware update process wasn't completed after you did the factory reset. That said, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Then, please move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? if you experience difficulties with this process and let me know how it goes.
Please keep me posted.
