I cannot connect my ionic to my fitbit app. It comes up with a red X and says data not synced
I've reinstalled the app on my phone, done a 3 button reset, turned Bluetooth on and off, re-paired the ionic.
It seems the firewall update just won't work and looses it connection every single time at 10% and goes back to "searching for devise". I've tried it via Bluetooth and over WiFi numerous times. I've kept it on charge as directed all the time.
The ionic is basically useless as the only desplay it has is the dots on the screen.
What else can I try?
