Exactly one year after receiving my ionic as a birthday present it dies, black screen and won’t charge, any suggestions anyone!

I would be very interested in any positive responses to your post, I have the same issue scanned the Web and followed every piece of advice but nothing worked.

Hold all three buttons down for 10 seconds until it resets.  It will not charge until you get it to reset.
