Have to agree with @Mutten. I have been having exactly the same issue. I have been through all the steps linked in your response @DavideFitbit and haven't come across a solution. It is rather infuriating considering everything else about this watch I love.

I also have this issue.
I have synced my phone successfully with Deezer before & added playlists. However, now I want to change the playlists. Each time I open the Deezer link in the Fitbit app I get the error message "cannot connect to WiFi" when I am connected. If I think through the link anyway to connect to WiFi, I log in again (though already connected) and I get the same error message. I click on the link & it shows me my WiFi is connected.
Where to go from here @DavideFitbit?
I have also removed the device completely from Fitbit app then re-added - I get the same result & error message.
Please help - very frustrating.
