Freezes on preparing music for download on the app and 0% on the watch. Any ideas please? Tried watch reset, app reinstall, re-pairing etc....

i have the exact same issue. very frustrating... ill post here again if i come across a solution/fix and ask that you do likewise

I might have a solution. I'm running Advanced Task Manager Pro on Android and it occured to me to re add Fitbit to the ignore list (after the 7th or 8th reinstall!) That did the trick for the current download. It's still very hit and miss but if you are running a similar app it's worth a try 👍
I've worked out there is around a half hour delay between requesting a sync and it actually starting also. It's absolute crap but then this is fitbit 😡

Agreed. They just don't interact. I had a Thomas Thomas before this and they did at least have the courtesy to respond to forum replies even if they couldn't help because a solution was in development. Forget that here, you're left to find your own solutions.
As you say it's not a cheap product. The aftercare is just awful sadly 👿
