Hello I have bought some bulk items from someone and from them I have around 8 watches fitbit ionic and 9 fitbit versa 2, I have paid around 50£ for each versa 2 and 70£ for ionic I was thinking it is a good deal after I have checked the prices but the only problem is that after I got home I have seen they are on demo mode . Can someone help me out to get all of them put from the demo mode? Thank you

Hi @antonioion - Can you return the devices for a refund? This is not good. I searched the Community forums. About the only thing they could suggest is to do a factory reset, if you can get to the Settings app on any of the devices. (On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset)
This might work. If not, try a re-start by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. If neither option works, you may have limited function devices that were made available to stores for demo purposes only. Many companies provide limited function devices for demo to discourage theft. Please let us know how it goes.
