Device constantly going to notification mode

Woke up this morning to my Ionic vibrating, thought my alarm was going off but it wasn't. Two seconds later it did it again, then switched to exercise panes, then back to "notifications message: you're all caught up here". Throughout the day Ionic continued to bounce around all over the place, while in this mode the back button did and does not work. Also I shut it down several times, I reset it several times and now I am in the middle of a factory reset. I have no idea what to do next. HELP!

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting too. Thank you Ricardo, Yes I contacted the support center and the only thing they said they could do for me was give me discount if I choose to buy a new Fitbit, but thanks for answering my question. While I have your attention is there anywhere I can send my old Fitbit for repair?

You're welcome @wxchick, thanks for your reply. My apologies for the delay in responding your post again.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, please note that our Support team refer to our warranty policies when they need to determine the eligibility for a replacement device. Regarding your repair question, Fitbit do not offer repairing service because we do not have any official repairing center available to check your device.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
