The ionic ran out of battery yesterday, and having powered the device back up, the hr, the steps counter, and the wake function do not work. I have done a reset, a full device factory restore, I have forgotten the device on the Bluetooth section of my phone, and the device is up to date on updates currently. Any assistance on the matter is appreciated...
