I have a daily glitch that happens randomly through out the day. The Ionic screen will go blank with back light on but nothing displaying and no function of the device. After this happens it will go through a restart process.
I have talked to Tech support twice on this matter going through factory resets and problem is still happening. I will give tech support this, the individuals who were helping me were great. The outcome and what they offered on Fitbit's part, not satisfactory!
My Ionic has been used for less than 14 months, they have deemed it off warranty.
Problem has been apparent since August 2019.
Conclusion: Fitbit has found the Ionic to be faulty. It is off warranty and offered only a coupon for a small discount to upgrade to a new device.
Dissatisfied with product loyalty support. Will be supporting a different Brand device for my next Smart Watch and Fitness tracking needs!
