I have had my Ionic for a couple of weeks and run most days, but within these 2 weeks the Ionic has lost connection 4 times and it just shows the fitbit logo. It looses all the run data and eventually starts back up again , but I have to start up a new workout and start the music back up again.
I can only assume that I have a faulty device or is this a common problem ?

It's a common problem. Known issue.
