Device not charging

Hi

As a avid Fitbit user, I am now disappointed to find that my Fitbit ionic, does not charge...its showing 12%...the battery on the screen shows it is charging.....but when I remove the cable after 5 mins....the % shown has not increased..........i have tried to reset the fitbit....but it will not reset....does anyone have any ideas

I appreciate your effort troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or if is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To move forward with your concern, can you please let me know if the information that was shared on my previous post was took into consideration? Also, let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing.
