Since the update steps don't count correctly and my HR monitor won't work.  I've tried so many things:

1  New clocks

2  Changing the HR option, rebooting and changing the HR option again, rebooting

3  Reset to factory default

4  Removed the device from my account and added it

Any other ideas?

Support just said purchase a new device you can have 25% off, and 40% off FB versa lite (no thanks).

I've had 2 surges, 1 iconic and 2 arias, don't think I'll be getting another FB device again.

Ahh I forgot to mention. After doing the factory reset the HR monitor
flashes green as it did before but I'm forced to upgrade the firmware, once
the firmware installs then light on the HR monitor goes away. Thus, as far
as I can tell there isn't anything wrong with the HR module (which FB told
me was faulty).
