I can not believe i have spent over £200 on a new ionic only to be told when i cant set it up that it is not compatible to my phone and to cap it all i have to pay to ship it back to them

Sorry to hear that the device you're using isn't compatible with your Ionic. Rest assure that our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list, keep an eye on it to know when new devices are added.

i filled out the returns forms printed off the labels packaged my ionic only to be told i would have to pay £65 to return it this is ridiculous surely this is not right
