Running Samsung S9+ with the most up to date software. I have an Ionic that I purchased just under 2 years ago, and was running it on the newest Fitbit App. However 2 days ago it stopped Syncing. I have removed the app, turned off bluetooth and restarted it. Restarted my Ionic but I still get the device not found.
The only time it can get a sync is if I plug it into my laptop with the Fitbit dashboard.
From what I've read in the forum this seems to be a common thing and I worry that the bluetooth signal in this smartwatch is pooched

@BlackJeepKaroly Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the detailed information shared. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
It's pretty weird that your Ionic is syncing to your Dashboard only when it's plugged in. I would like you to follow this syncing troubleshooting, I know you already performed some steps but please try the whole troubleshooting.
Let me know the outcome.
