Ionic still does not sync Steps per Hour with iPhone

I talked to tech support about this issue a few months ago was told it would be fixed "soon". So, here is the problem again.  The tracker accurately tracks steps per hour and reflects a red dot for successfully completed hours - on the tracker. The tracker is set to All-Day Sync.  The iPhone consistently misses one or two hours every day.  When will this problem be fixed??

Thanks,

Tim

@T_Donovan48 Hey there. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate that you mentioned you have contacted our Support team.

Thanks for confirming that you're seeing the hours completed on your watch however, this information isn't syncing to your iPhone. As mentioned by our Support team, this hasn't been fixed yet but I can confirm that our team is aware of this and working to identify a resolution.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated while this is resolved.
