Device not responding

I bought an Adidas Ionic 16 months ago and started having problems with it. I reached out to FitBit chat for assistance and followed all of their instructions over 3+ chat sessions, each time my FitBit got worse. The last chat told me to do a Factory Reset and my FitBit completely broke. No help for a 3+ device customer #Sad
