I have tried everything to get my Ionic to Sync... restarted phone, restarted Ionic, uninstalled and reinstalled app, factory reset on Ionic.
What else can I do?

One thing you don't mention that has worked for me before is to remove any link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
Failing that you could try going through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
And if that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of that guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can try the troubleshooting steps that were shared by our friend @SteveH and let me know how it goes.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. It stopped syncing last Friday the 24th. I've done everything I could to try to fix the problem. It appears that my Fitbit won't pair with my phone anymore. The phone recognizes the fitbit but won't pair.

I also have an issue. Mine has also decided not to work after swimming. I've tried the reset to no avail. There's no light at the back - completely dead. I've also tried charging but nothing happens. Very disappointed as this is my second fitbit - I previously had the surge and that died in a similar way. It all started when it wasn't syncing properly a couple of days ago. I'd be grateful if someone could offer some assistance. Thanks

Yep same issue as well. I have tried everything on my end. Even deleting my Ionic and resetting it up. Mine stopped working two days ago. It keeps saying Device Not Found, but shows it on the Bluetooth Screen.
